In the heart of the enchanting desert landscape lies a hidden gem, Mesquite Haven, where camping and glamping dreams have taken root. Nestled on 5 acres, Mesquite Haven Campground boasts mesquite trees, breathtaking sunsets, and a tranquil atmosphere that beckons those seeking an escape.
Mesquite Haven is tucked in an area on the west side of Tucson, Arizona. With a 360 degree view of the surrounding area and sky. You will see that there are plenty of opportunities to have adventures outdoors. The Saguaro National Park Visitor Center, Tucson Mountain Park, and Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum are all within 20 minutes. Tucson Mountain Park and Saguaro National Park boast hundreds of miles of hiking trails, and non-motorized mountain bikes are permitted on the trails in Tucson Mountain Park. Mesquite Haven is amazingly peaceful. With just the sounds of doves cooing, coyotes yipping, owls hooting, plus you can hear the horses, goats and the occasional peacock. What to expect: We are in a rural homestead neighborhood where all the parcels are 5 acres and once you get off the main road it is a mild dirt road to the front gate. While we are on the outskirts of Tucson, we are not completely remote. About 20 minutes from the I10 and grocery and gas are 10-20 minutes from us.
We do take same day reservations and you can book up to one year in advance. We are pet friendly if your pet is friendly.

Bunny Trail is a perfect site for a van/sprinter, tent camper, a small pull along camper or a few motorcycles. The raised pad can fit two tents and there is a fire pit to enjoy. 25' total length is the max (truck and trailer).We allow camper vans, class B, tiny teardrops, truck top camper, car top tents, tents, car camping-all small and of course motorcycles.
We do not allow Class A, Class C, 5th Wheels, Long trailers. If you have rented an RV for your vacation, you are too large unless you rented a camper van. Such a great night in the Tombstone Rose! It was well furnished and decorated. It shows Jenn and her husband take pride in their property. They will greet you and give you a lay of the land upon arrival. They also offered a hot cup of coffee in the morning and made good conversation of the different critters and ecosystem of the Sonoran desert. It was a remarkable place that Jennifer and Craig are building step by step. You will hear a little lost highway noise and rumblings of coyotes, horses and a few cats at night - but walking into an instant community makes up for all that.
The tent is wonderful with communal shower (great hot water) and loo. A communal kitchen with amenities is available to come back to the the tent and cook on the propane grill.
It was idyllic. A great way to cap off a trip.
