Welcome to The Barn

The Barn came all the way from Tennessee. Used previously has an art shed. But then brought to Mesquite Haven to be repurposed as a central hub for all to use. The Barn is an Off Grid building.

Inside you will find a large private bathroom. With an RV style toilet, raised to a comfortable height for all to use. Cleaned each day by us.

A large shower with hot water. The shower is propane heated and filtered rain water fed. We provide the shampoo, conditioner and soap, because the water drains to our greywater basin to water our citrus trees.

A large mirror, hangers and a seat to make sure your clothes are there and ready for you.

Next, you will find a kitchen sink to wash your dishes. Soap provided, again because the water drains to the grey water system for the citrus trees. Ample counter top space to do any food prep you will need for your day of adventures. Fresh drinking water available also. On the back wall of the space you will find a hoosier. With basic necessities to prep your food. in the lower cabinet are games for all to enjoy during your stay.

A large cabinet with first aid items, just in case the moment arises while on your vacation.

The last thing are the large maps on the wall. These are to help you find new adventures while you are here. There are listings for restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and bars. Also, places to visit like historical spots, places of interest, and random things to do. And, where available, there will be fliers, menus, and maps.
