For the Tombstone Rose and the Holliday, pack as if you are staying in a hotel. These sites will have everything you need to stay comfortable, with sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. For the Bunkhouses we can provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. But, you can also just use your sleeping bag if you wish. As for the primitive sites, pack as if you are truly camping. Remember to bring drinks, food and a cooler with ice for any site you choose to stay at.

Yes. We have Starlink on the property.

You will hear coyotes, owls, peacocks, turkeys, donkeys, dogs and horses. We have seen on our property coyotes, (they stay far from humans), bunnies (hence the bunny trail primitive sites name), ground squirrels, roadrunners, lizards, hawks, snakes, scorpions and spiders. I know the last three are scary. If you find one a little to close for comfort just call us and we will remove them. For scorpions we have blacklight wands for walking at night so you can see them. (They really do glow, it’s kinda cool)
